Internet connection not working

I have no Virgin at all. South London Norbury. Anyone else ?

Mine is currently down/really sporadic, North East, (Teesside).

Reset router, still not working.

Here in area 14 broadband is intermittent and slow can connect to some sites and others not, telephoned Virgin Media 30 minutes ago and although test checker says everything is OK it`s not and Virgin Media systems are down so they are unable to login to customers accounts or diagnose or inform customers of problems, customer advisors have been give instructions to ask customers to telephone back after 2 hours

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you had towards the end of last week, I can see that the area issue has now been resolved.

 

How is your connection running at the moment?
