This has happened every night for the past 5 nights. It took me about 15 minutes to get this point and write this message.

Every night at around 10pm my internet drops out, is extremely slow, keeps reconnecting and connecting again. This is both on my PC, and on my phone, and it's driving me nuts. As I work from home it's crucial I have a good connection all day, and this is unnaceptable.

I have seen similar topics about this with replies saying 'oh my checks show that everything is fine'. It is not fine, and it's consistently unusable around this time.

Please, what can I do to sort this out?

When you have the problem, go into your hub on 192.168.0.1 and post your up/downstream stats and network log.

Nothing in the stats or logs to show why there's the problem. Can you reboot your hub and repost when the problem next occurs. A Broadband Quality Monitor could be helpful also. Oh, and what speeds do you get with a wired connection to the hub with speedtest.net.

Thanks for the help 

My wireless speed right now for example is 22mbps download and 4 mbps upload, which is still way too low anyway but at least the internet works fine, but last night at around 9:30 pm I was getting 4mbps download, and that's even if the speedtest would start. I don't have a wired connection to test wired, unfortunately. 

I created the broadband monitor last night, and these were the results:

Something seems to have happened around 8am that has massively improved your connectiom. See if the BQM stays that way - post it up again if it reverts back to horrific!
Would also be worth rebooting the Hub to reset the RS error counts to 0 (check they reset) and then monitor them over the next day or so to see if they start building up.

Here it is again, from today, looks like it's doing the same thing every night and it is definitely noticeable that's for sure.  

I will try resetting the RS error counts
