Hi.
We had our services installed in July and was all fine. Since then we have had a mini box installed. In the last couple of months at least twice a day sometimes more, the internet drops and takes everything offline with it including the TV boxes which refuse to do anything that uses the internet and both wont even play recordings. When this happens the router says it has a connection when nothing will load.
Here are 2 pictures of what both tv boxes do when the internet drops.
And when the internet does drop, our phones show the following message.
“The WiFi network (our network name) does not appear to be connected to the internet” and then we get two options given by our iPhones “Use Mobile Data” or “Keep Trying WiFi”

So the technician came on Wednesday, said the levels were fine, replaced the hub. He said if it still happens after the hub was replaced then it could be a faulty Ethernet cable causing feedback to the hub. I’ve replaced all Ethernet cables with new ones and tonight (Saturday around 21:40) it all went down yet again. I was in the lounge playing on PS5 and my wife was in the bedroom watching recordings. Our iPhones displayed the same error as I posted before, the PS5 kicked me out of the game I was playing and the tv box in the bedroom displayed the following error (but carried on playing the recording it was playing at the time the issue occurred)

Since it seems to be linked to when watching recordings in the bedroom (as the mini box talks to the main box through the hub) I’ve disconnected the main box Ethernet cable and linked it to WiFi to see if there is an issue within that.

Hi Bennyboy2706, sorry to hear issues are ongoing following the hub replacement.
It's a strange one because I've taken a closer look from here and everything appears to be fine, all power levels are within spec and there are no signs of SNR or congestion - I appreciate that's not a reflection of your experience though.
To help us try and identify what is causing this can you please post more recent hub/bqm data?
Please let us know if disconnecting the Ethernet cable makes any difference.
