Internet Virgin Media Wires

Hi, I have the phone, TV and Wi-fi package with Virgin and we are changing out living room therefore we need to get rid of our unit (that has the virgin tv and broadband box in)  i have booked an appointment for them to come move the virgin tv socket thing on saturday to the middle of the wall high up. But I have just looked at the wires and the tv and broadband box all lead to this but I need the wi-fi box separated to the tv box to move it to a different part of the room but keep the tv box near the tv. I hope this makes sense and also is it something they will be able to do on Saturday?

Yes, they will do what you require but be very clear in telling the engineer.
