Our internet keeps dropping out unexpectedly and then doesn’t work correctly for hours afterwards. When I spoke to Virgin last week they ran tests over the phone and said it was a signal problem in the network. They advised if it happened again they would send out an engineer. We’ve had the problem occur multiple times since and last night I booked an engineer - however received a text this morning cancelling this. Is there a reason for this? Kind regards, Rebecca
