Internet Issues Superhub 2

Internet has been working fine up until today, was very slow and intermittent when I got home around 5 and then stopped working altogether.

have rebooted router multiple times and checked all the cables, even tried a factory reset holding in the reset button.

when restarting the router all the lights slowly come back on and it looks to be fine for a few minutes, then the white arrows LED turned white and flashes continuously and even the blue tick LED will start flashing as if the connection isn’t working.

I tried the online service checker it told me no problems in my area, so it ran the test on my device. It said give it 10 minutes and then restart again. So I did that, restarted after 10 minutes and still no joy.

i have tried some brand new cat5e cables and that hasn’t worked either.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

If you look at those messages you will see one repeated over and over again. I’ve seen this before and think the way to correct your connection is to power off the hub for a few minutes then power on again. If this does not fix the problem you could try a pin hole reset.

A known issue with the earlier Hubs, the log table is full and the last message is repeating itself, try clearing the logs and reboot, as advised.

If the log table keeps filling up then there looks like a serious issue with your local circuit. Capturing the logs before the table fills up would be useful, but on the face of it you have an upstream impairment.
