Internet Drops Daily at around 2200

For the last week whenever the internet drops and any running applications loose their connection. this is most clearly seen when streaming from services such as Netflix. The funny thing is, it is always around the same time around 2200 give or take 5 minutes. I Called the Virgin Media Broadband team and they couldn't offer much in the way of an explanation. Granted I called after 2200 so got the out of hours team. 

I'm not making a complaint just want to understand why it does this.


Can Anybody offer an explanation?

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.


I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with the connection.


Looking at your line, everything has come back as fine with no errors.


Does the internet disconnect on all devices? 

Do you notice any lights change on the router at all?

Have you got any times devices that turn on/off at 10pm that might be interfering with the router?
