Internet Dropping Out

Hello,

Every 1-2 days, the internet drops out and we need to restart the Hub 2 in order to get the internet to connect again. I’ve pasted some info from the web panel; please let me know if you require anything else. I hope to find a solution to this as it is extremely annoying and inconvenient.

Thank you!

Re: Internet Dropping Out

SNR is quite low on 139mhz, can you check all fittings are tight?

Re: Internet Dropping Out

Hi,

I just checked and they do feel tight. We do use this splitter but we don’t have a TV hooked up - maybe the splitter could be causing an issue?

Hi roys1968,

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

Sorry to see you're having some issue with the Internet.

I'm not able to locate any details for you so I've popped you over a private message. (purple envelops, top right hand corner)

Re: Internet Dropping Out

You could try the main cable directly into the hub as it supports threaded inputs.

I'd suggest turning off the router before you do this, however.
