Internet Dropping Out

Hi all

For the past few months I have been getting drop outs with my connection.  Speaking to Tech Support is next to useless as all they say is they can't see a problem.

Following advice from this forum I set up a BQM and can see that when I'm losing the connection it is showing on the graph.

How do I go about getting this sorted???

Hi @hackwoodg 

Are the dropouts on wired connections or just wireless?

What are the router lights doing when you have drop outs?

You should post your router stats here for the learned members to check what the problem is and offer assistance.

In your browser’s URL box type in http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) and hit return.

Don't login, instead below there click on Check Router Status

From the Router Status page copy/paste 3 FULL sets of data onto here – from the Downstream, Upstream, & Network Logs pages.
