Internet Disconnected - Lightning strike

Anyone else been having problems since Wednesday lunch time? Lightning struck then my WiFi disconnected i constantly try to reboot it and have tried to reset it I can connect but it just says connected without Internet?

 

I have the Hub 4 white light just flashes

Have you checked for known faults on 0800 561 0061

It may have damaged a street cab - for example - and takren multiple customers off line.

If not call the CS number and see what they say when they testy the connction

Yeah had all that sorted but still not working must be a problem with the modem at this point
