Internet Access Denied. Need help

So for nearly 2 days now we have had no Internet. We can connect to the router wirelessly but have no Internet. I went on the Hub 3.0 settings and it says Internet access denied. We got this hub installed by a virgin media technician 2 days ago and it was working but it just stopped suddenly. Can anyone please help because the service help phone numbers are no help whatsoever??
