Internet Keeps Dropping, wont reconnect, and says hub seems to not be connected properly.
If i restart router as suggested etc it stays the same, i have to leave it off overnight for it to work for any period of time

Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.
Upstream Power levels are all above the preferred range (engineer fix required), Downstream has also logged high number of errors.

Yes indeed, there is a Gig 1 connection & possibly using a Hub 5.
The Downstream Power levels and SNR are both OK, though quite a number of hard error have been logged.
The Upstream Modulation mode of QAM 64 is correct, but the Power levels are too high on all 5 channels i.e. the Hub is working very hard to be heard at the street cabinet.
This could be a locality issue or a fault just on this connection..
