Keep trying to call Virgin media as we our Internet keeps dropping, have done everything on the online help, re booted the router and have done a factory reset on it aswell but keeps happening.
Checked all cables going and all seem OK..
I suspect a faulty router. I need to arrange to get a replacement sent out as cannot keep having Internet dropping constantly.
What is your connection like using a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
