Intermittent ping spikes + packet loss

Hello,

For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing seemingly random short internet dropouts (lasting 5-30 seconds) throughout the day, with some days of no issues and others with multiple dropouts only a few minutes apart. My postcode is ME2 2TZ.

I have a SuperHub 3 in router mode, with WiFi enabled (though WiFi is not used as much as wired). I have rebooted the router multiple times and performed a pinhole reset, but nothing has changed. I have also ensured the connections on the router are securely connected and nothing is loose. The dropout occurs on all connected devices simultaneously, so it is not related to any device faults. I have checked my service via the online test and no issues were discovered, nor were any problems reported in my area.

Update: Technician arrived and determined there is a signal fault outside the house. He booked a technician to come and fix it tomorrow, so will see how it is a few days after that.
