Intermittent internet

Since we have had moved home and had out internet installed the internet just seems to stop working for a minute or so up 20 times a day.

We never had this problem at our old address amd assumed we had a wifi issue so purchased a mesh system.

Mesh system has greatly boosted our wifi signal but the internet still just as regularly drops out.

Its a nightmare!!!

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear you are still facing the same issue, can you please run a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) as advised by Paulina and then post the results so we can get a better picture.
