Intermittent internet connection

Hi All,

My connection since lunch time today has become incredibly unstable. Every minute or so it will drop for about a minute and then come back. I have gone from running in modem mode to router to rule out a 3rd party device and still seeing the same behaviour. I have since done a full factory reset and put it back in modem mode.

100's of timeouts suggest a local outage or your line has an issue.

Have you checked the service status pages?

Service is saying fine in the local area. And the line test came back fine.

Indeed. Yesterday fine, today from lunch every 2/3 minutes my ping test times out for about 1 minute.

Maybe VM aren't aware of the issue as yet?

Worth a text (07533051809) at least to see if they can assist?
