I have read on here of other Virgin customers who have intermittent internet connection in hot weather. I too have had this problem for years now. We have had numerous engineers out, each one trying different things to sort the problem. The problem has always been that by the time the engineer comes the weather is cooler and therefore there is no problem. Our connection has been off intermittently all this week. The last engineer moved our connection within the box, which seemed to improve things a little. Our neighbour, also on Virgin hasn’t had this problem, nor has another neighbour further away from us but closer to the box. We have an engineer booked for later this month. 🤞
