Hi, I have been trying to get in touch with Virgin via Live chat and that clearly hasn't worked.
Recently been getting alot of intermittent internet issues and have looked out today and the omni box is hanging off the wall and looks to have never actually been screwed onto the wall.
P.S there are way too much cables going to this one small omni box and there are also two exposed cables.
Yeah, It's a disaster.
Does anyone know the quickest way to get someone to do something without phoning?
wait here for a while - may be a week and VM will get to the thread and book a tech
