Hello!
I got Virgin Media this month. I was given I believe a Hub 3 device. Everything was perfectly up until about 4 or so days ago when the connection startes dropping out constantly, almost every hour.
It’s not just the actual internet connection - the wifi network itself vanishes from my available connections list, then reappears a couple minutes later.
VM says no faults in my area. I cannot check ethernet connections at the moment, only wifi, but I looked in the logs and this looks concerning:

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
The logs are not good, as the Hub is constantly dropping SYNC. If there is an local issue, VM will not send a technician until it is resolved.

Hi!
Apologies, when I said I checked for faults in the area I meant I checked both the status page and called the number! So according to VM there’s no faults.
