Intermittent connection - frequent drops

Hi there,


I have been noticing that I have had regular drops of my internet connection between 5-10 seconds occuring every 20-30 minutes, though it can stretch up to 2 hours between drops.

I run a wired ethernet connection directly to the virgin media modem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've tried the usual - resetting the router, trying different ethernet cables, trying different devices.

Power levels bit on low side, within tolerances, snr is fine.. Something a miss on last few downstreams causing all those post-rs, this would require further investigation by calling support or waiting a few days for forum staff to check things over
