For several weeks now I've been experiencing a bad internet connection and packet loss.
I've been on the phone several times, had an engineer over on the 17th of March but the connection has not improved whatsoever.
Like many others, I am working from home most of the time, I stream and I game and the current connection make very difficult to do any of the aforementioned.
After numerous call and an unprovoked reschedule by Virgin of another engineer visit, I was approached by one of my neighbours, asking if I was having issues with Virgin, I explained my woes and he confirmed he was experiencing the same thing, as well as everyone else using Virgin Media on our cul-de-sac, it probably doesn't help that the local exchange cabinet looks like this.
