Intermittent broadband

Hi,

Got intermittent broadband, been 5 days now. Done the basic physical checks, all seem to be fine, I get Access Denied in status overview.

It is a hub 3.

Can somebody run some tests, the postcode test result says no issue in my area.

Was hoping to avoid that

Done pin hole reset, no change

Have you checked the Service status page?

Yes, no issues

The staff here normaly pick threads up within a few days and can help you with this. If its more urgent then you can phone them, Live chat or WhatsApp them.

Apologies for the issues faced with the broadband, from checking our service I can see that you are currently affected by a SNR fault.

The estimated fix time for this is the 11th of October at 14:10.
