Intermittent broadband & TV

For a couple of days now I have had intermittent On Demand TV & broadband. I’ve phoned the 0800 561 0061 and it says my postcode in London (NW1 3**) has this problem & it’s being worked on. It is worth just hanging on as if I phone VM I’ll get the same answer?

I can see you've spoke to some lately, did they give you any advice on this?

I can also confirm there is an area outage due to last until 28th March 14:05 in the afternoon. Thanks
