I have M100 and a group of students in the house. The broadband drops out regularly. The router was replaced by an engineer 2 weeks ago and since then it has also been rebooted and had a factory re set to try and solve the issue. I need some help please! I've called Virgin 4 times. The first two calls resulted in the new router (and took 1 1/2 hours each call!) but since then I have been cut off twice after waiting over an hour to speak to someone so it's not as if I haven't tried! Help!
