Intermittent Connection with new hub 5

I am having this intermittent connection issue since February, I keep calling customer service to fix this issue. They keep saying that i need to factory restart my modem. I had at least 3 engineer visit in my house, they all said that my signal is good. They replace modem and that is it. I had never proper fix since February. I keep researching it and find out it might be related Street box equipment. (oxide, old equipment or faulty cables).

When i explained this to customer service, they asked me to get picture of the box.... I dont even know where the box is. And not sure how picture will help them to see issue without even look inside.

I have got lots of T3 Timeouts on my log. Literally ever 10 mins or 20. It is impossible to keep connection stable. I am running my own server and also playing games but this connection makes everything impossible.

Customer service not willing to help at all, they keep postponing fix. They keep saying monitoring your network etc etc.

I really got tired of this and this needs to be fixed now ! I was kind enough to wait till now. I have also created a complaint to OFCOM, not sure if it helps.

I am sorry for the broadband issues. You do need a tech as the SNR (signal to noise) levels on upstream are out.
