Please let me know what you want to see, quite tired of having to post the same information over and over again, the issue does get resolved, but 1-2 days later, the whole area suffers outages again.
I cant exit my contract even though ive tried, I cant have the issue resolved at all without it coming back, I cant have my price per month lowered even though I pay £110 (In my first year contract btw). It seems to matter that the customer doesn't matter, I've mentioned previously many times before that I have literally lost out on big chunks of money due to not being able to work makes it worse that this is even during major inflation...

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry for the issues you've been having with your Broadband service.
I have taken a look on our system and it is showing that there is a reported area issue.
The reported fault is an SNR issue. The fault reference is: F009981027.
The current estimated fix date is: 29/07/22 - 09:00am.
