Hi
I have recently had Virgin Broadband installed in my property. The WiFi drops out on a frequent (daily) basis. I have three Broadband smart pods and the signal is excellent throughout the house.
All the checks show the broadband is working( except when the signal drops out !) and I have reset my router. I have a service issue message in the last week (area 30) which is now resolved.
Is this an issue for other Virgin users or could it be an intermittent cable fault?
