Intermittent Broadband connection

Hi

My internet connection has been periodically dropping out throughout the day. This has been the issue since we started with virgin media last year. It becomes more frequent in the last two weeks and becomes intolerable. The disconnection can happen tens of times throughout the day. I finally find this place to ask for help.

The disconnection is usually only for a couple of seconds but when you do working and gaming at home everything logs out. It has inevitably caused much disruption to Zoom meetings. It embarrassed us a lot when doing a presentation.

I have tried all the tips and checks with my hardware and software settings. And there is no service issue in my area. 

Can you please help with this?
