Re: Intelligent wifi pod not recognized

Ok - so it should recognise it (HUB 4 doesn't work with the connect app)

Hopefully someone will be along shortly who has experience of these (alas I don't)

Re: Intelligent wifi pod not recognized

The Pods link to your Hub via its MAC address. Only CS can link these. Was it working previously?

I can’t say I’ve seen an improvement around the house. Is there any way of telling if it’s linked?

No active lights on the Pod indicate it’s paired correctly. Another way to test is the speeds. Speed in the room where I have my Pod increased dramatically with it connected.

Re: Intelligent wifi pod not recognized

Morning @Larky1207

Thanks for posting back on the forum page and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your pod.

What current lights are showing on the pod?

Have you reset your router to see if this makes a difference with the connection?

Please do let us know.

Thanks
