Intelligent wi fi pod just flashing, doesn't seem to work!

I'm a bit annoyed as a had an 'Intelligent' wi-fi pod for a few months and the signal in the rooms with poor reception have not improved.Furthermore, my pod doesn't seem to be doing anything at all now, just flashing on and off constantly.

Thanks for getting in touch - just to confirm, you're having issues with a Virgin Media booster and not one of our newer WiFi pods?
