Thank you for providing a link to the BQM. Upon checking that, I can't see any notable issues that would explain the problems that you seem to be having.

Are these service issues ongoing for you today?

the network fails constantly, ethernet crashes the wifi kicks in, i have to restart the router and pc to get ethernet back

You need to look at getting a better wireless router with 1Gb ports and use the hub in modem mode.

The BQM shows OK for me. Apart from one very brief dropout it looks quite OK.
