Those stats don't look good but you'd need to post all the other upstream/downstream logs to get a complete picture of what's going wrong.
The emails only relate to the WiFi performance, it won't help the underlying problem your connection seems to have.

thanks for the reply, i have had 3 techs out now, and they have not got a clue what to do, 1 puts an attenuator??? on the other takes it off, plays with the box outside comes back in and says its fixed, within an hour it crashes again, Looks like im going back to Plusnet, not had any problems with their connection.

From looking at the connection and equipment our end everything looks to be within the ranges and level's we'd expect to see ragtacker.
We can see that your Hub has been on for over 36 days since you last rebooted it, this alone may not resolve the issue but we would recommend this as a starting point. We also have these tips available to help with broadband issues:
