Intelligent WiFi pod -not working

Hello,

My WiFi pod has not been working for 5 days now. The issue is that the white light keeps on pulsating on and off. I ve looked through the trouble shooting guides and tried the following;

 

  • Turn the WiFi hub off and on
  • Moved the pod to various locations
  • Checked the settings and they are all correct.

Please help as this issue is disrupting home learning for the children.

I have followed your instructions again, and still the problem persists. 

I'm quite frustrated. 

Can a new pod be sent out as clearly I have tried everything?

Finally fixed, they sent me a new pod, took 5 mins to connect and been good ever since. New pod, different model, green and blue lights, clearly a difference between this and my previous pod.
