Intelligent Pods stopped working

Hi I have 2 of the intelligent pods both were working & had a great system. For some reason both have stopped working at the same time.

I have a hub 3 that I’ve reset with the pin reset, don’t know what else I can do?

I had a similar problem, they needed to be reprovisioned by L2 tech support

Guess VM didn't do a long uptime testing with the pods.

You can either wait here or send the pods back and get your own wireless router with 1Gb ports and put the hub in modem mode.

I'm so sorry to see you have had some issues with your WiFi Pods. Can I ask if you have been able to visit our Pod troubleshooting page here to run some diagnostics?

Yes over & over again, they will just not link up 

system was working fine, they both went down at the same time 

- Taken them out of the socket, switched the socket off

- Replaced them in the socket & Switched them on

- Moved them around the house 

- HUB pin reset
