Installation engineer did not attend

  • My installation date was set for today from 8am-1pm. I have waited for over 2 weeks for this installation date with no WiFi which has been really challenging in the current climate needing WiFi for work! I have then waited in all day at a massive inconvience to myself for no engineer to come out despite calling them after 1pm and them stating they would come at some point today. I am so disappointed and if I'm completely honest angry.
