We have had 100mb fibre broadband from Virgin for a few weeks. Two issues:
1. The router coverage is awful so playing radio through a phone doesn’t work consistently even one room from the router
2. Instagram is always really slow even when right beside the router. I’ve seen various other posts on this but no answers

Can you please confirm if this issues only occurs when using your mobile phone or on other devices. If this happens on other devices are they registered to the Hub via a wired or wireless connection ?
