Yes, it happens on all devices. Speed test is fine... checked all the boxes: resetting phones, deleting and re installing apps, all updated installed, disconnecting all other devices. But still, internet is fast except for Instagram. Virgin, sort it out please.
I’ve already seen a couple of similar questsions on the forum regarding Instagram but all are unsolved.
Basically when I access Instagram via the mobile app or through the web browser it’s very slow. This happens to no other apps or websites and my general experience with Virgin Media is fairly satisfied except this.
