Want to move the location of the entry point for the VM feed.  Is that possible and, if so, how much please?

Yes should be fine (access permitting)

It will cost £25.

Just call in and book a tech visit to do it

As jbrennand has advised, this is something we can assist with, but as it is classed as a non fault call out would be charged at £25. If you haven't already arranged this via the team and it is something you would like assistance with, please let us know.
