Do you have a TiVo or a V6? You've referred to both, and internet connectivity differs.

A good test of Netflix issues are whether you can use other internet-based services such as OnDemand. If only one service is affected, a restart may assist.

If you want an immediate response, call into faults.

Hi Travis

I have been issued with 2 booster plugs and as suspected nothing is as easy as it sounds from your contact team abroad, where I was told just plug the booster in, no mention of 2 plugs being involved or cables to be installed into hub I have to plug into a main plug not via a extension lead, they seem to think houses come with multiple plug points! anyway can I plug an extension into the booster plug so ie tel etc can work, how far can the 2nd booster plug be away from the hub it is not a big bedroom where it is located but I need to find another main plug! when you are not tech savy this is not as easy as you would find it.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear the Booster you have received hasn't been as easy to install as advised, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and can see is is a wired Booster we sent, so I can try to help and give you the correct advice, please can you add a picture of the booster?

No Paul as I said not tech savy, they are what you advised I think ,they are both the same size. Have read the instructions but still not sure, you start with them both in the same room then it says move one of them to where the equipment is, then it talks about putting the wires in, I have no idea what it means or where to put the wires, all well if you are below 30 but if you are not used to tech its all a bit overwhelming, it would have been best to order the plugs and book an appointment with an engineer to help, I know you may think that is not required but sometimes it is.
