IPv6 working, IPv4 not working on VM router

Hi,

Anybody having issues with the VM router in Dublin not accepting any URLs that can only resolve to IPv4 addresses?

Traceroute times out from first hop for 8.8.8.8 and also IrishTimes.com

Works fine for Netflix.com or RTE.ie!

Looks like DHCP at VM side not allocating an IPv4 GW address to router?

Is this a capacity issue for the Virgin Media network in Dublin?

Hello

I am afraid you are asking a question relating to an Eire network, this forum is for UK customers you will need to contact Virginmedia IE at https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/

Virginmedia IE is a different company to Virginmedia UK.

The only advice I can give is too turn of router/hub for 30 secs and then back on and try again.

Regards Mike
