My wife's IPHONE keeps dropping off wifi and defaulting to 4g/5g. My daughter also has similar issues with her IPhone. I have a samsung S10 and this very rarely happens. Both have checked their settings and they seem ok but the IPhone 12 says check WPA sometimes. Any suggestions please.

Are they all in the same room as the router?

The router is in one of the bedrooms but the problems occurred throughout the house

no the router is in the bedroom which is used as a office space. The are wifi extenders throughout the house.

Im having the same problem.

Not sure what the solution is maybe its something to do with the Wireless Frequency? 

Ive just logged into my router and noticed that the iPad and iPhone are on 2.4GHz whilst the Samsung devices are on 5GHz. 

I am trying to get more information on this as well because I have a mesh network system and recently the signal to my iPhone and iPad is so unstable one minute im connected the next minute im not.

All my other wireless devices are ok and wired connection is ok.
