The SH3 does resolve the issue.

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

Anyone know the best way to contact them about getting a new Superhub 3?

EDIT* Though as a gamer I have heard they suffer from pretty bad latency issues and packet loss. Has this been addressed since the Nov 2017 thread I have just been reading about it?

I just rang customer services and after about 4 calls with the recurring problem they sent out an engineer who fitted a new hub. Not a gamer so can’t comment on any latency issues.

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

UPDATE

Nearly 24hrs on since I changed the settings from WPA (Auto) to WPA2-PSK (AES) on the 2.4GHz band of the SuperHub and Im still connected with some slowness at times, but its a lot better overall.

Has anyone else had an improvement trying this?

Was the 2.4GHz band a problem with ios 11.4.1?

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

Im not saying it was.

In my case, I changed the security settings on that band and am experiencing much less of a problem. I haven't tried, but presume making the same changes to the 5GHz would work.

The bulk of this thread (from my reading) points to the 5GHz channel being the problem.  So first confirming that the problem occurs for you on that band and the confirmation of what happens when you change the security encryption would be helpful.

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

I had WPA2 set and had the problem on both bands.
