IPhone iOS 11.4.1

I'm not sure if this is in the right place.

Has anyone else has connect problems to wifi since updating their iPhone to iOS11.4.1 (to be honest I think it's a Apple problem) but I'm curious to know if anyone had a problem!

No problems whatsoever on iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPad Pro in many locations.

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

Hi David

I have this problem too.

My iphone and iPad were working fine until I updated a few days ago. Now the connection drops all the time, I can’t do anything on the internet or watch anything on Virgin TV Go as it drops after 10 secs.

I've tried ‘forgetting the network’ And re-connecting but the issue persists.

I think it is some issue between Virgin and the new IOS as my phone and iPad still work great on other (non Virgin) WiFi networks.

AND my wife’s iPhone and IPad are still working fine on the Virgin WiFi  - they haven’t been updated yet (still on 11.3.1).

anybody else with this issue? Any solutions?

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

Have you separated the 2.4 an 5Ghz bands on different named SSIDs. If you do not do this you can get problems.

Re: IPhone iOS 11.4.1

I've the same situation, my wife's phone which is not updated has no problems, I've Restored my phone still no luck,

My phone work fine when not connected to Wifi, it has Apple stumped, I can't even sent diagnostic to Apple, because it won't stay connected to Wifi long enough.

I just wondering if Virgin Technical are aware of the problem & whom is responsible for providing a fix?
