Re: IP v6

no need to be disappointed, you are not missing out on anything by not having IPv6.

Re: IP v6

IPv6 is definately the way to go and I have used it from home for the past 4 years. But I also have devices that only have an ipv4 stack so need that as well. This means virgins half **bleep** plans of DS-lite will not work for me and they need to offer a full dual stack solution to customers.

But as usual, VM are years behind and were in denial of a need to impliment IPv6 as "We have plenty of IPv4" despite the rest of the world and thus future connectivity becoming exhausted and in the rush to catch up they are implimenting a plan that only works if IPv4 had never happened.

Re: IP v6

thank you, so, how do we put pressure on VM to drag themselves into the 21st century???

It is a shame, we had sky in and the worst internet connections ever. We needed boosters all over the house!
We now have VM and although it's running out of date systems, it's still far better than sky and worth the money.

Re: IP v6

How much extra are you willing to pay every month for VM to replace much of their network with ipv6?

Re: IP v6

Same here.

Let the customers who want v6 pay a supplement on their bills to pay for it.
