my IP Address is blacklisted on spamhaus ZEN how do I get off this, I have spent 5 hours on the phone to support who cannot help me, have spoken to everyone in all deparments it seems including the gadget team who tried to sell me a service even though they knew it would not help me.

We have one Spamhaus entry too :

Policy Blocklist (PBL) - This is for information only. No action is required (unless you run your own mail server).

It is normal & does not make a jot of difference to us.

Check the email SPF records match the servers and domains.

Resolve what?

Look, just a suggestion to whichever forum team member or VIP thought it would be a good idea (hint: it wasn't) to split this post off from the thread it was originally attached to, fine, but please provide some context of where it came from, possibly a link to the original thread. Otherwise it's completely meaningless, no?

And don't you think that this might well be a case where splitting it off wasn't actually the best option? Just think about the consequences of what you are doing no; and how does it help the poster get any help? Sometimes a mechanical if 'X' then do 'Y' isn't the best option!

I have found another related post by the OP and merged the "orphan post" with that thread  which should add context to the problem.

I will leave the solution/possible solutions to people more knowledgeable than myself in IP address blocking.
