Hi

I have been trying to link my hot tub to my wifi but its not having any of it.

I have been advised to configure my IP address as the frequency should be set at 2.4GHz?

Can anyone please advise me?

Hi, I'm no expert on anything so take everything mentioned with a grain of salt. Have you tried entering the Hub's control panel and configuring it to broadcast separate 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ wifi networks and connect your hot tub to the 2.4GHZ network. Furthermore, what's the brand of the hot tub as knowing it could help troubleshoot the issue better!

Hi, thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, TiVo is a model for a TV box. Can you describe the internet router used to connect to the internet and I can try and identify it. Thanks!
