Since upgrading to 1gig my connection keeps going off cant play a online game longer than an hour with out freezing up and then every think catches up or i just disconnect still waiting for an engineer to sort the coax outside my house

Since my last post ive had the interent hub red ring still keep dc.ing in games reset hub 4 as the fault finder says to few hours no internet or connection been on world of warcraft today so for 19 dcs and had to reset hub from power 4 times ???

I've done a system check and can see the visit from an engineer has happened and they've got the signals in spec.

Well after a few hours disconnected from internet thought it was just a
hub update but cant even log into my emails or games So far had 8 disconnections and 1 router restart Sorry but i wished i had stayed with 220 mb i cant pay for a service that is frustrating me when trying to play games hence why i upgraded to 1gig

Thank you for reaching back out to us, I have run further checks this morning and cannot see any issues or pick up any faults.
Did a technician sort out the brown box cover and sort all the cables our when he visited?
