I want to swap Hub 4 with Hub 3

Hi,

I just have subscribed Virgin Media's M500 package and Hub 4 is installed. For few reasons I'm not happy with the results of the Hub 4. I tried to contact Virgin Media via a help page but it says 'bad request - 400'. How can I request this with Virgin?

What are the reasons? VM will not just swap Hubs without it being faulty - and even then you may get the same one or a refurbished Hub3

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
