Hi, I’ve the super fast WiFi and I am looking to add a WiFi enabled/controlled device. The desired device (pump for a fish tank) says it 2.4Hhz. Does this mean it won’t work?

VM hubs provide both 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi bands, that broadcast with the same network name.  That works for most people, most of the time.  Some 2.4 GHz devices can't cope with that, in which case you need to go into your hub's settings and give the two bands different names (in geekspeak these are termed SSID, because "network name" is to easily understood).
