I ordered the M500 broadband and the virgin media WiFi hub and it was supposed to come on the 2nd but its still not here. I cannot contact customer services as I have no account number, I also cannot create a myvirginmedia account for the same reason, so my delivery is late and I have no way of contacting virgin media. Please if anyone can help that would be great.
